Part One: A New Monster.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, there lived a sad little Polukranos, World Eater living in a desolate cave on the plane of Theros. His big brother, Xenagos, the Reveler was away destroying the plane, but all polukranos was doing was sitting in the cave. Suddenly, a shattering voice echoed throughout his cave. 'Son! It is I! The ghost of your father, Polukranos, the greatest of the world eaters. I have a job for you! You must muster an army, capable of destroying she who destroyed me, and who has destroyed your brother!' The child Polukranos cried as he heard the news of his brother's death. 'But how?! Elspeth, Sun's Champion is far too powerful with her army of control! There are even rumours she has aligned with the colour blue! How am I supposed to defeat such a force?!' 'Do not worry child, the god Heliod has already slain her, robbing her of her powers of control, however, she has now risen from the dead, and is prepared to fight death and destruction with death and destruction. But you can defeat her! Head to the shrine to Nyx, with your army, and use their powers to fuel your monstrosity! You can do it!' And with that, the spirit of Polukranos's father faded away. The boy slowly tread out of the cave, his 3 heads whipping around. As he reached the entrance, a thought struck him. 'I know who can help me.'

Part Two: Raising the army.

As Polukranos approached the Sylvan forest, he heard a monstrous roar. 'They are coming' thought the monster. Suddenly a huge head bent down from around a tree. The Arbor Colossus smiled at him. 'Ah, Polukranos! What do you require?' Polukranos smiled, his old friend being a very generous help. ' I need an army. My father's spirit contacted me and wants me to destroy the undead Elspeth.' Polukranos told him. The giant thought for a second. 'An army, eh? I know a few creatures that can help. GUYS! My friend needs some help!' Suddenly, a large group of creatures appeared around Polukranos. He managed to see a few Elvish Mystics, a Genesis Hydra or two, a large group of ooze's, some satyr's, and even a few Sylvan Primordial s. Polukranos smiled, as he realised that although Elspeth may be a threat, his new army was easily a threat to her.

Hi guys. Just before starting this little recap of my FNM, I would just like to say what a huge help you all have been too the success of my deck. The friendly comments and large up votes have made me extremely happy, and the support of my story has gotten very high. So again, thanks so much for all your help, and I wish you all the best.P.S I on,y finished first equal because I tied with 2 others that won all their rounds.

Round One: 2-0 vs Mono-red aggro:

A great game from me. Early ramp allowed me to get out Hydra Broodmaster very quickly followed by a powerhouse combo of creatures. After setting up a good blockage of creatures, Nylea, God of the Hunt gave all my guys trample and I won the game in a single combat step. My only problem came when he obviously sided in some more burn, and eliminated my ramp, however I quickly recovered.

Game 2: 2-1 vs some sort of G/B deck?

This game, I had no clue what I was up against, with my best guess being a dredge and ramp deck. They caught me by surprise on the first game, with the very uncommonly used Necropolis Regent and managed to dish out enough damage to get through and beat me. However, my awesome friends Xenagos and Polukranos saw me through the next games, ramping up, then crushing with monstrosity. I was quite confused actually at how well the other deck performed, without much of a backbone.

Game 3: 2-1 vs B/W midrange

A common deck in my local meta, and I am usually prepared. A good first game put me ahead, but I was caught off guard when he chose not to use his removal until the very late game and held off my assault until a group of Pack Rat secured his win in the second game. I feared the worst when a Blood Baron of Vizkopa hit the field, but my removal ace showed up in the nick of time, Mizzium mortars. A quick recovery saved Me and I managed to secure a close win.

A good FNM in all, and I had a lot of fun. Thank you for reading, and comment if you would enjoy more recaps of my FNMs, as well as a continuation of my story. Thanks all, and may you walk the monsters path for all eternity.
