not going to lie i think a great mill deck would be the only thing to realy hurt this deck especialy if they were able to memoricide shahrazad but other then that i dont think i have a deck that could realy put the beatdown to it quick enough for me not to tear my eyes out trying

Actually, all you have to do is scoop immediately in every subgame and you could probably kill this relatively quickly, it doesn't do any damage so you are perfectly safe with 1 life. I think it needs just a dash of damage.

No, you lose half rounded up. I you are at 1 life, you would lose .5 rounded up to 1, so you would die.

That seems more like a typo in the Gatherer. The card says to round down.

@LeakyBucket-
The card has indeed been errata'd to say "Rounded up." Five subgame losses will kill you from 20 life. SO IT LOOKS LIKE WE'LL HAVE TO PLAY IT OUT.

I was just thinking about annoying combos/cards... what about Isochron Scepter +Silence /card:Orim's Chant somehow blended with Shahrazad ? You could make them sit there, unable to play spells... forever stuck in a sub game of a sub game until they run out of cards, then repeat the same process in the next sub game.
A card that I think really, really should be in this deck is [[force of will], because you could always stop them from counterspelling your shahrazad.. and, (even better) any force of will's and cards you exiled to force of will you have used in a sub game will be RESHUFFLED back into your library... how nasty is that?

Iso-Scepter + Chant would make them able to pay attention to something else.

Damn. You are right. The person needs to suffer but still believe there is hope. Please, do me a favor... if you really do own this deck, go into a card shop and find the guy who just "HAS TO WIN". He always brags about how good he is, and how he never gives up, ever. Then, display this evil deck to him. See if you can make him give up. In fact, record it. :)
What about the force of will's?

I should attach a PayPal button to this deck. "Help me build this and make all my friends suffer through it!"

so I need a couple Stasis (cheap), a couple Winter Orb (cheap), a few Panoptic Mirror (also pretty cheap), some uncommon walls (very cheap), a card:Sensei's Divining Top (why is this uncommon $17 or thereabouts? someone please tell me), and a set of Shahrazad (fifty a head, reasonable considering people suck + Arabian Nights rare), and I can cause my friends an insane amount of pain.
Or I could just...oh gods...Enter the Dungeon .

I have decided to make it my personal mission to acquire the actual physical cards of this deck, put them in sleeves, and put them in a deckbox in my duffelbag of decks. It has to happen. This deck has to be real. At some point, some completely clueless person is going to say "Oh, what are you playing, Caley?" And I will say "Oh, it's this janky combo deck." And they will go "Hah, ok." Then four hours later I will be standing over the weeping remnants of what was once a human being on the other side of the table and scream ferally.
Now, will actually building the deck cause a portal of bloody horror and insanity to manifest, raining forth Unbeing on all in proximity? That can't be proven. But probably yes.
