HI! This is a new deck that I made, and decided to build, going back to my roots and using an Eldrazi deck, seeing as that was the first deck I ever used. So, I was messing around a bit and I found three cards, Defense Grid, Chalice of the Void, and Trinisphere. Now, on their own, they are each great, especially Defense Grid, who messes up the entire blue player's ideal. (Because go ahead, counter and bounce one of my creatures with a 7CMC Cryptic Command, do it, I dare ya) However, if we take the other two and combine them correctly, we get an absolute shutdown on the field. Now, for those of you who are fellow noobs like myself will look at those two and go, yeah, so?
Well, look closer my friends, because if we play the chalice for 6, we've just canceled every SINGLE card that cost 0-3 mana (0-4 if you get Void Winnower out later), on turn 4. That's right, no more Lightning Bolt, no more Thoughtseize, and no more Path to Exile! Now, of course this is in sideboard because it DOES take 4 turns, and this is modern, but considering everyone plays cards in that range anyways, you're good as a golden waffle on Mount Thigamawhatjigger! Of course the rest is all textbook, but there are some things that set it apart besides our combo.
THE TURN FOUR ULAMOG
This is of course, the big kid on the block, and getting on the field spells almost certain doom for the opponent. How do we do it? Easy, Turn 4 Tron this bitch and pump out a Conduit of Ruin and the game plays itself! Oh, look! A beater(cough cough, annihilator, cough cough) for only 8 mana!? Southern accent engaged Welcome to the team "stranger"! Oh we drew a, a what is this now? Wut 'n Tarrrrrrrrrrrrnation is this here? A Reality Smasher... huh, looks cool, MUST BE GOOD! HOO Doggie this game is fun!

GET YO'SEF A NICE BIG TRON GOIN, PLAY YO'SEF A TRINISPHERE, WHEN THE OPPONENT IS TOO CONFUSED BY YOUR CARDBOARD BITCHSLAP, HIT EM WITH A NICE THOUGHT-KNOT, AND SAY IN A REGAL AND BRITISH SNOBBY VOICE THE LIFE ENDING PUN OF THEIR DAY, A YES, THE __ CARD, I THINK KNOT! AN THEN WHEN THEY BE CRYIN' AND WHININ' ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN'T DO WITH THEIR NON-TRON LANDS, ONCE THE END THEIR TURN, YOU END THEIR DECK! DROP THAT 3-COUNTER CHALICE, AND RUIN THEIR NEXT IHOP EXPERIENCE!
Oh? What's that? Well yes Mr. Shmoe, this is a slight alteration on the Eldrazi Tron deck, so what? Oh, so you say that this isn't the "New meta?" Well I'm sorry Mr. Shmoe, we can't all be as dream-crushing as you.
