OLD TEXT: Mono-black control in Commander, with the intention to use Grave Pact to control board, Mindslicer and Sadistic Hypnotist to deter combos, and winning via good old beaters. I try to emphasize interaction, therefore Ashnod's/Phyrexian Altars/Nim Deathmantle have all been cut.

Cutting Phyrexian Reclamation feels wrong, but with the higher curve and several other options that recur from only my yard (like Sheoldred) I want to try alternatives. Whip is in the same boat, only recurring my things (once, at that) and the lifelink isn't relevant enough. Living Death was iconic, but has consistently not pulled enough weight.

Currently considering Command the Dreadhorde, but not sure what to cut.
