The decks name, is the same as the key card, which is New Perspectives. Which changes the rules of the most importent keyword of the Amonkhet block. making it free to cycle you cycle-cards if the conditions are right.
After resoving the without a doubt most "Let me read that" card in standard. And after you thank your opponent for a nice game, be polite and tell them that you are more of a solitaire person. Then the way to victory is in your hands.
That same turn you resolve this epic enchantment, you gonna have the potential to draw your deck, generate enough mana to cast Approach of the Second Sun twice, and win the game! This can happen as early as turn five, but usually between turn six and eight, the trick untill that point is too stay alive.

The combo utilizes the fact that Shefet Monitor puts untapped basic lands onto the battlefield when cycled, and Vizier of Tumbling Sands can untap lands when its cycled. With seven cards in hand, and a New Perspectives in play, you can generate free mana.
