How is Sylvan Advocate working? I'm looking at grabbing some, they're about $30 for a set on average.

ldrago626 yeah, it's not the most super budget jund list but it's something I feel many players who already play the current standard could build (including myself!) Before going big on the deck. There are many even budgeter options to this list itself but it would not be very effective and optimal as this one would be as compared to the real Jund deck

phaze08 so far it's been performing decent to great in my experience. Yeah it's boltable before the 6th land, but against no-bolt decks it feels pretty good having to be able to attack and still leave a blocker behind. Late game it's never gonna be a bad topdeck. I can safely say it's worth the $5 I spent on each of them!

I feel like Skinshifter might be better if you need to be the beatdown, because he's a 4/4 on t4 but I think advocate would be better overall. I'll prolli grab some.

Treetop Village? Seems much better with Sylvan than the other manlands. Also, curious to know just how good is Asylum? His 3/1 body is cool. But I can't help wonder if he's just a gimmick? Or am I missing something?
Really nice build. You've helped me get a start of my budget Jund!

HairyManBack yo appreciate the feedback! Yes treetop could replace the mountains as even the real Jund doesn't play mountains(we're more heavy on green / black)!
As for the asylum visitor he is somewhat of a gimmick, but with the discard package we have in this list and being a jund deck it isn't actually too hard to get his ability online!
