When the Ocean gets too briny it needs to rise up and give off its salt to all the other players.

In here you will find the ocean's greatest friends for your casual EDH multiplayer fun times. All led by the GOD OF THE SEA. The backs of all the sleeves are prominently displaying the Long-Finned Sky whale inside clear dragon sleeves.

Nearly everything fits the OCEAN theme though some things are simply important to the deck are in there as well. Art is taken into account when choosing certain cards as well. Like, Memnarch for instance...the ocean wants your stuff and it will take it in with the tides or with him.

There are not too many ways to utilize quicksilver fountain because I didnt want to make it entirely a pain in the ass all the time but Soratami Savant should help you out as well as any bounce.
