I have gone 4-0 at FNM twice already. Might need some tweaking though, mostly to the sideboard. My meta-game has me mainboarding the days and timely reinforcements in exchange for the heavier creatures and the Sylvok Replica.

I have time to explain now...

4x Green Sun's Zenith -- trumps Ponder fetches what I need

1x Acidic Slime -- fetch-able removal

1x Archon of Justice -- stops flyers great with vat or deathmantle

2x Birds of Paradise -- ramp only two because of Zenith

1x Blade Splicer -- card advantage, pod ramp

1x Disciple of Griselbrand -- better to sac something than have it removed via oring or other exile, very useful

1x Glissa, the Traitor -- bring artifacts back in a pinch

1x Hex Parasite -- Garruk flipper, pw killer, etc...

1x Moldgraf Monstrosity -- game state changer

1x Phyrexian Metamorph -- my legend killer/wurm stealer

1x Reassembling Skeleton -- use with Garruk, or pod, or other pod

1x Solemn Simulacrum -- card advantage

1x Sun Titan -- vigilance

1x Sylvok Replica -- quicker than Acidic Slime, comes back with glissa

1x Tree of Redemption -- Eco friendly

2x Viridian Emissary -- ramp, card advantage grab with Zenith

1x Wurmcoil Engine -- Glissa, Deathmantle, Vat

2x Birthing Pod -- Its fun to watch someone remove from GY then realize that you only have 2

2x Mimic Vat -- comes back from gy with glissa, Titan, or Buried Ruins

4x Mortarpod -- Every deck should run 4

2x Nim Deathmantle -- with mana ramp makes grown men cry

3x Garruk Relentless -- He flips, I wish I could flip

My favorite thing to do, is make deathtouch wolves, and then fling them with mortarpod, if that doesnt work, then keep them around for his final

Got spanked by infect, Siding in Melira, Sylvok Outcast . Also got mana flooded against weenie, so fixing that. Other than those 4 losses... Still pulling 2/0 each match.

you coul seriously use 1 more Wurmcoil Engine or a Grave Titan as 1 game ender 6 drop just isnt enough for all the removal out ther...jus sayin..if ya have time check out my deck BW morbid experiment oh and +1 from me

Buried Ruin gets my Wurm back. I find more often than not he gets sac'd to Mortarpod as removal. My anti removal consists of Disciple of Griselbrand , Sylvok Replica or Mortarpod. With how many ramp/weenie/rdw decks I go against at FNM upping my mana curve gets painfully heavy with the 3cc and 4cc in hand, so chancing a hand with a 6cc and 2x4cc means I mulligan more than is comfortable with the addition of the heavier cc critters. As a point of reference I use the following website to calculate odds: http://stattrek.com/tables/hypergeometric.aspx I am going to read through all of the comments before I comment on your deck. It does give me ideas though.

haha those are alot of comments i tell ya.... but i actually mean an extra 6 drop because of Dissipate or surgical...or the Nihil Spellbomb which goes in many sideboards these days.

True story. Rarely cast the beast from hand, but have, and watching him exile makes me cry. Against most control, I bring in Sun Titan , Moldgraf Monstrosity and Brutalizer Exarch all of which get really fun with the Mimic Vat s and Nim Deathmantle s. Sure they arent the most dangerous beasts, but the synergy makes them trump having multiples of cards people love to Surgical Extraction . Reminds me of this one time someone extracted a Pod, only to find out I run only two. Now if only Wizards would print an artifact tutor besides Kuldotha Forgemaster then my deck would be complete.

Dusted this off, went 3-1 because of 2 stupid mistakes. (All 2-0, cept last) If you make this deck, and play it, dont sideboard out the slime, and dont keep a hand with more than 4 land. I am going to finish tweaking it, which might bring the total card count up by a few. This deck is a hair away from perfection.
