Budget-ish version of Melira pod deck! I was kind of needing advice on this, particularly the manabase and utility cards.

The goal is to make a deck that can stand itself in a casual modern game or in something like a modern FNM. Also, I cannot afford fetches and stuff like that ahahahahaha :D

Also, I still don't have much money for shocklands. I do have some 10thEd Painlands. Are they a viable substitute for the shocklands in the meantime?
