what do you think about Captivating Vampire or Vampire Nocturnus ? They could fit into the curve, and you may want to use the more versatile Gatekeeper of Malakir as a 2 drop here over Bloodghast . And then Blood Artist is ok, but isn't there any 1 cmc vampire cards you could use? Also, Spellskite is random especially for 4 in the deck

Gatekeeper over bloodghast? That's crazy talk, bloodghast comes back from the dead and gatekeeper is useless unless you spend 3 mana on it. Guul Draz Assassin is a card I have a playset of but sinking mana into it is so risky

how about Vampire Lacerator or Guul Draz Vampire even Shadow Alley Denizen or Quag Vampires fits the curve for turn 1

but Vampire Lacerator is so much better than a durress, it's like having a Carnophage for modern but better and it fits with the Bloodline Keeper  Flip . Why do you think that Bloodghast has been dropping in price? It's just a 2/1 attacker that sometimes has haste and recursion, it's doesn't get past a Delver of Secrets  Flip and has much less utility than Gatekeeper of Malakir . Sure they're not bad but running four of them is redundant

I feel as though you should put obliterator in the main board and scoot over spellkite. That this is OP especially with the bonuses of bad moon. Also, I would drop duress for some more thoughtseize.

Distress may be a better option than Inquisition of Kozilek although it needs one more black mana source to play you can get rid of a larger variety of things

To be honest I'd much rather run more Thoughtseize than put in Distress this deck wants to play a creature on t2

Scepter of Fugue That may work pretty well here. Any cards with 2 for 1 like wrench mind would be really crazy here, the cmc may be a little bit too much but Fill with Fright can give you a 2 for 1 as well, Mind Rot is a little less mana but has a similar effect

Some stuff that could help you out.

Go 3-4 of AEther Vial : This allows surprise Vampires in a pinch to really mess up someone's day.

Move Olivia to the SB. Up the count of the aristocrat.

Drop the Highborn and Add some number of 3-4 Vampire Nighthawk He combos very beautifully with your captain to allow for insta kill on all blocks

Bitterblossom doesn't seem to do very much for you here, why not drop for more card draw?

AEther Vial makes a good addition for tribal decks with generally low CMC. I'd go to 2 inquisitions and cut the Night's Whisper in replacement of another main deck Terminate

I always make this recommendation to anyone whose deck can produce black mana.

Batwing Brume

why?

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Anything,

You cast this on them... sadness on the stack, sadness resolves.

Alright everyone thanks for the great advice.

@VampireArmy I def respect the AEther Vial but it seems pretty awful as a top deck or anytime it's not in my opening hand, which I consider a big problem, as far as your other suggestions go I feel that having Olivia main deck is just a bit of a safety net, since literally everything else in my deck fails to a Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite . I'm still considering nighthawk so he'll stay in the maybe..... Bitterblossom is in here because it feels too strong not to play lol.

@iceiceiceMTG that isn't a terrible idea, I actually want to find room for more terminates.

@kungfuturtle I prefer Rakdos Charm in this deck!
