The Ping of Death (Help Needed)

First actual attempt at a competitive standard deck. Always wanted to put Izzet Staticaster to good use, and now she's found a home! I randomly glanced at the ruling for deathtouch and realized the potential for this deck. Essentially, it works like this:

T1: Either: Mountain, Faithless Looting if I need to, but usually Forest, then Wasteland Viper

T2: Island, Curiosity on Wasteland Viper , and possibly play another Wasteland Viper

T3: This is where it starts up. Play Lightning Prowess on Wasteland Viper , then just start killing, with draw from Curiosity. After this, everything just starts getting bigger off of all the death, like Havengul Vampire . Kill their creatures, swing through.

So far, it essentially kills stuff and gets bonuses off of it, with Tamiyo there for draw and protection. Late game is covered by Rage Thrower and Havengul Vampire . Please playtest, comment and +1! Trying to put this together before Innistrad rotates out to play at a local FNM, so I'd really like some help!
