awesome deck, but i would recommend Fated Infatuation or Trading Post because they are multipurpose.

Wow, I didn't realize I had nineteen! Even still, it's hard to make cuts (all of the best white cards seem to be 2-drops), but even harder to find strong one and two drops for this kind of strategy. Nearly all the strong smaller white cards are either Heroic or focused on pure aggro.
But - I think you might have nailed it with Deputy of Acquittals ... I'll test that straight away. Flash helps vs blue after boarding in Gainsay , and later it helps keep the triggers flowing every upkeep. I don't see Judge's Familiar doing much work without Bident of Thassa though... at the end of the day it's pretty much just a 1/1 with flying. I've never been a fan of Imposing Sovereign outside of pure aggro either, though I'd be willing to give Blind Obedience a whirl. Triggers for Archangel of Thune are always nice, and it provides devotion and lifegain, and it doesn't die to everything quite as badly.
I also agree that I could use a few more bombs. I playtested Angel of Serenity a bit, but I'd be willing to give it another chance, and to go to two Elspeth's if it doesn't work out.
Which three drops would you cut? Jund and Rakdos are epidemic in my meta, so I'm not keen to unmaindeck any Fiendslayer Paladin . I could go to one Daxos of Meletis , maybe SB the Boros Reckoner s and go down to a single Sphinx's Revelation , but I think the rest of the three-drops are untouchable.
@octopus13 - unfortunately Fated Infatuation is three solid blue, so it's pretty much uncastable with just a splash. Trust me, otherwise I'd be giving it a try. And also unfortunately, Trading Post doesn't provide any devotion, and even if it did, most of the time I'd rather have a Jace, Architect of Thought or Heliod, God of the Sun in play instead.

I would probably say that Boros Reckoner is a complete game changer. If they don't have a kill spell in hand he absolutely commandeers the rest of the game.
How has Daxos of Meletis been for you? I haven't actually seen anyone play him so I am interested to know if he is worth it - I might be interested in finding a home for him if the verdict is good.
I agree about Blind Obedience being better than Imposing Sovereign , I was just trying to find a creature that might help smooth out the curve. Blind Obedience is definitely a SB card though.
It kills Mono-Red and kills Whip of Erebos .
I will keep trying to brainstorm ideas for you, but honestly, it seems solid.
And I would probably not consider Trading Post for any reason in any deck other than and EDH deck.

Reckoner can be huge. He provides three devotion, puts up a huge wall, and trades with almost anything. The only downside is, as you said, I have a huge number of three drops, and the rest are just too integral to my strategy.
Daxos of Meletis can go any which way. He provides huge momentum swings vs Monsters, Mono-Black, and control, but he's also an incredible removal magnet... which can be a good thing. I'd like to run him a bit more before giving a final verdict, but right now, he's my own little Nightveil Specter .
I've tried Obedience in a few games, and it's been pretty good. Deputy too.

I really like how this looks. Is there something better than Keening Apparition you could use as a two-drop? seems like there should be, perhaps Omenspeaker to line up your draws?

Keening Apparition is a meta call against Eidolon of Blossoms decks, Detention Sphere , and Hammer of Purphoros . I'm happy with it, but if I were going to a Grand Prix I'd probably use Imposing Sovereign , Deputy of Acquittals , or if Mono-B is still huge maybe Aegis of the Gods .
Brave the Elements is also a meta-dependent card. Anger of the Gods doesn't really see any play where I am, and I've found Nyx-Fleece Ram has helped me win races more often.

I'm just spitballing here, but it seems to me your mana curve is just maybe a tad bit skewed... nineteen 3-drops might be a bit much?
You are going the devotion route, so that opens the door for Angel of Serenity , and it would be very easy to play another Elspeth, Sun's Champion .
Another 1-drop you might consider is Judge's Familiar .
Some other value 2-drops is Cyclonic Rift , Imposing Sovereign , and Deputy of Acquittals (is good with Ephara, God of the Polis ).
I think if you had something to do in the first two turns, it would help you out a lot.
I hope this help!
+1! I run a white devotion deck as well, but I took a bit of a different approach.
White America! (W/ur Devotion)
