This deck is pure control with the power of the Isochron Scepter as a very good part of the control....

You can lock your opponent with Memory Lapse and Arcane Laboratory or Rule of Law until you can be wide open with mana and you can play your finisher.I have Sun Titan if my opponent either destroy or make me discard Isochron Scepter.Another trick to this deck is that you have Grand Abolisher in your turn and Isochron Scepter with Orim's Chant for your opponent turn.With the Isochron Scepter you can copy Research and then you can play the Development its one of the rules of this artifact.
