This deck is currently $12.68 optimized on TCGPlayer (not including basics, which can probably be bought at your LGS for $0.10 if you need them)

Basically, this is a mono-blue Boomerang deck. Bounce their lands forever until you can resolve AEtherling with mana open to protect it, then win. If you want to un-budgetize this deck, run some Cryptic Commands, Snapcaster Mages, maybe Vedalken Shackles, etc. Or you could go make one of those "tier decks" people keep telling me about. To have more fun, run Storm Crow as your win-con and use 61 cards so you don't mill out.

NOTE TO SUGGESTERS: This deck is not meant to bounce creatures (although you may have to against something like Infect), it is meant to bounce lands. Thus, although something like Into the Roil may be very good at bouncing creatures, it's subpar here because I can't bounce lands, which is my goal.
