{R}{W}Welcome to my commander deck featuring the golem army general, General Ferrous Rokiric{W}{R}

For anyone who's checked out any of my decks, you might notice I enjoy making 2 coloured decks. General Ferrous Rokiric embraces this and designs a deck mostly around multicoloured spells. With the general out everytime we cast a Boros spell we make a 4/4 Golem Artifact. This basically adding the text 'make a 4/4' to our multicoloured spells. This allows us to create a board state quickly for smacking or blocking.

The description text for this deck might be small but I think it's pretty obvious what the deck wants to do. Cast multicoloured spells, make big dudes and overwhelm people with our army. I've tried to include as many Boros cards as I can to allow us to trigger our commander and some good support cards to modify our golems to be bigger and better. Cards like Tempered Steel, Alibou, Ancient Witness, Blade Splicer and Intangible Virtue help us greatly with this.

Because Boros historically is a colour that struggles with card advantage, especially in Boros colours, we have had to stretch out to single colour spells and artifacts to help keep the engine going. Thankfully, Red is good an exiling cards to cast, like Ignite the Future and Showdown of the Skalds. Combustible Gearhulk is a decent political tool to get some cards too. Tome of the Guildpact, Endless Atlas and Idol of Oblivion all reward us just for playing our deck with cards. Finally, shout out to my favourite card in the deck, the Elephant Artificer Losheel, Clockwork Scholar.

Thanks for checking out my General Ferrous Rokiric deck. I've made quite a few Boros decks in the past and found them all to struggle. This is the first one I've made that I have enjoyed greatly and performs strong.
