This is my take on a dimir semi-control deck, with a lot of unblockable creatures to abuse Necropolis Regent. The sideboard is mainly to deal with control a bit more.

The win conditions are the aforementioned Necropolis Regent, Duskmantle Seer, or simply bleeding them dry with unblockable dudes or Nephalia Drownyard.

Suggestions are appreciated, but keep in mind I am on a small budget.
