Yes, 18 lands. I'm even considering cutting to 16 or 17 since the deck curves out at 2. 18 has proved decently consistent though, and the trick seems to be aggressive mulligans to make sure you've got something going on early.

Delver of Secrets   is wonderful here. Sure, I'd love some library manipulation, and to that end I've even considered Index but I can't do it. There's not enough other benefit to it. Delver does do a phenomenal job of misleading the opponent with an early drop, and they burn removal on him.

I'm torn if I should keep Spell Rupture in place as it is right now, or swap over to Negate instead. Rupture is fantastic so far, and the math it forces has tricked a lot of folks (Dryad with 2 counters, they leave three open when casting, Rupture adds a counter and resolves as a "pay 4" instead of the three they planned on). Hard counters are nice though, and I don't want to get into Dissipate / Cancel range and start depending on three mana open all the time.

At the 3x slot, I like Think Twice, but there are other options too. Last Thoughts is double the average CMC of the deck, but Ciphers so it'll keep happening and growing the [Quirion Dryad]] as long as it's around. Artful Dodge is cheap, flashback, and grows the Dryad, as well as providing a nice punchthrough if the board is stalled.

Also, I don't have a clue as to the sideboard here, so if you've got suggestions for that, I want those too. Flex those big beautiful brains!

Updates Add

another slight tweak to the manabase, and I'm starting to feel more comfortable with it. I've got a friend pushing hard for a Cavern of Souls, but I want to get this build stable before doing anything else.

The biggest change was adding 3 copies of Rancor, cutting 1 each of Unsummon, Feeling of Dread, and Hands of Binding. I'm still very, very iffy about cutting the Hands of Binding, but we'll see.

The sideboard got some adjustment too, but still needs something to deal with Superfriends-type decks and Planeswalkers in general.
