3x Rakdos's Return is too much. No use if you have 2 or more in your hand. Perhaps reduce it to 2 or 3?

Yeah after playtesting I agree, I may still keep one SB for control decks.

Definitely liking this idea. You commented on my deck Borzhov Sinister Control so I felt obliged to comment back. I like the curve and this may actually be a deck where Mogis, God of Slaughter actually makes sense to run (he's been so subpar for me it's not even funny). +1 from me!
I was originally going to say MB the Thoughtseize but after spending a little more time looking at this deck, I would say you're in a pretty good place with that option due to the more aggressive/less controlling nature of this idea. I would suggest running at least 1 Sire Of Insanity MB if you're going to be running a full playset of Master of the Feast , though. SB another. The idea of having more than one of them on the board at a time, which is a distinct possibility when you run 4, is frankly terrifying to me. Maybe swap a Stormbreath Dragon out and SB him back when needed?

I thought about taking mogis out for Sire of Insanity but I may drop a stormbreath for it. I do believe I need more hand disruption if I'm running Master of the Feast

I would kick the Magma Jet 's and add the Thoughtseize 's back in. 2 burn to scry 2 just isn't worth it.
April 16, 2014 5:24 p.m.
Magma Jet has won me games. Plus I like the scry component. Also in aggro match ups I normally don't prefer a Thoughtseize so I like them more SB. Thanks for the comment though! :D

Rakdos, Lord of Riots . You'll be able to cast him frequently with all your creatures and he'll help you put out a ton more per turn.
April 16, 2014 9:45 p.m.
I prefer Desecration Demon over him because of his exact mana cost and the Sac element of Desecration Demon

I would say one or two Mizzium Mortars in the MB just to reliably kill Blood Baron of Vizkopa since personally I have playtested against Orzhov Midrange a lot and even 4 Devour Fleshes seem to not be able to kill him. You can take out one Magma Jet since it'll be quite redundant late game and one Hero's Downfall if you want.
April 17, 2014 7:44 a.m.
With 4x stormbreath dragon, you don't need any mizzium mortars to deal with the blood baron mainboard. Just chump block him for days and kill him with stormbreath in game 1. Game 2 and possibly 3 the sideboard will have plenty of options to deal with the baron.

I like this style and the way you have it set up +1 from me!
April 18, 2014 8:26 a.m.
Nice build! Its supper aggressive though and highly creature based so perhaps 1 less kill spell of your choice and add 1 Purphoros, God of the Forge so him and Mogis can hi five their way through your games?
April 18, 2014 11:01 a.m.
I feel like by the time I can play him I could play something more aggressive to end the game. Also it is creature heavy but I don't have to constantly play all creatures in my hand because I just let one or two stomp them till the remove it only to replace it. That's kinda how I play it. I try to always make them be on defensive side.
April 18, 2014 11:12 a.m.
always loved R/B decks. +1 from me. i also agree with the idea of putting in a sire of insanity to offset those master of the feasts.
April 18, 2014 11:12 a.m.
I thought about sire of insanity but after play testing. They haven't actually given too many cards because most people have to remove them or they will lose. I haven't had any problems with them drawing so far. I originally had sure of insanity in here but decided to take him out

Love the deck +1 maybe try an Erebos, God of the Dead in the side for those sphinx revs plus some card draw for you and whit all those creature he should be online fairly easy. Master of the Feast is gonna be beast ;)
April 23, 2014 6:01 p.m.
I agree with the Erebos but in my meta at FNM, hardly anyone runs control so that's why I took him out of SB.
April 24, 2014 12:11 a.m.
Also I have skull cracks to deal with the heal from sphinx and rakdos return to deal with there hands.
April 24, 2014 12:12 a.m.
Nice deck. My Rakdos Aggro deck is a lot simpler and worse haha.

Mogis is great sometimes, and when he's turned on he's excellent, but he's a big drop that doesn't really do anything the turn he hits the board. Demon doesn't either, but he plays a different role and is always a big body. If it were my deck, I would pull the Mogis for a Mogis's Marauder as that card will always affect the game the second it hits the board, and sometimes it just flat out wins because it allows your creatures to push through.
Actually now that I think about it it seems you're a little top-heavy with 9 creatures at 4 mana or above. They're powerhouses yes, but they put you in this weird little zone between aggro and midrange that seems to fall short of both. I'd pick a path and either put in more one-drops and Thoughtseize and a little burn like Lightning Strike in place of the downfalls and dreadbore (this would also allow you to take out some lands), shave down on big threats to make room for powerful cards like Marauder; or take out the one drops and add in more controlling aspects like Underworld Connections and more removal. Your call.
May 11, 2014 11:54 p.m.
I find Underworld too slow for this deck, as well as I rarely ever run into a game where I have bad draws. Thats also the reaseon I don't use Thoughtseize, It is a great card but it doesn't fit in the aggressive midrange deck I have personally. I find it more of a dead draw. I like Mogis Marauder but I don't like what I have to take out. I see what you say about high drops but also look at how many 3 drops I have. I don't like what I have to take out for Marauder but I'll play test it. Thank you for your feedback.
May 12, 2014 10:20 p.m.
Marauder really is better and more aggressive than mogis himself, and an even better support card is Chandra, Pyromaster her top decks are amazing and she can shut down an important blocker and deal burn if needed.

Yeah, the more I look at Master of the Feast , The more I like him. I would SB him if I see the games are going to be extended out versus someone but otherwise he is too aggressive not to run in my opinion.
