I made this deck to abuse walls with Doran, the Siege Tower and Rolling Stones. It's really passive and is non-threatening as every creature is a defender. The main idea is to sit and wait with a bunch of non-threatening walls on the field and draw with Mind's Eye and Mentor of the Meek. The awesome part is that all the walls are really really cheap to play, and then are huge.

The win condition is to gain power/toughness with cards like Gavony Township and Strength of the Tajuru .

There are lots of Tutors to get the Rolling Stones, without it the deck is useless so I have to pretty much be able to win when I drop it.

Obviously there is "No Security" with the deck, the only card that actually lets me win is Rolling Stones, which means I really need to tutor it, get it from the graveyard as soon as it goes in, and also keep it on the field because I really don't want "Exile on Main Street."

That's where I need help, I am not going to run Enlightened Tutor due to its extreme cost. I want to keep this deck relatively cheap (under $200). So, how can I make sure I always have Rolling Stones?
