A lot of Obeka, Brute Chronologist decks are built around avoiding downsides and harmful effects that have an end step trigger. This one stops opponents' turns as soon as they start.

725.3. Sometimes a loop can be fragmented, meaning that each player involved in the loop performs an independent action that results in the same game state being reached multiple times. If that happens, the active player (or, if the active player is not involved in the loop, the first player in turn order who is involved) must then make a different game choice so the loop does not continue.

With this in mind, it's time to start denying turns. With Obeka, Brute Chronologist and an untapping combo effect like Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter, Krenko, Mob Boss + Intruder Alarm, or Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers, you can force your opponents to end their turn on their upkeep. Tap Obeka in an opponent's upkeep, "Would you like to end your turn?" "No..." Untap everything, tap Obeka, "Would you like to end your turn?" Rule 725.3 kicks in, and the active player has to make a different choice--"Yes, I would like to end my turn." Hey, you're not taking any extra turns. Everyone else is just taking really short turns.

So, the ultimate goal here is to have Obeka untapped on each player's upkeep and a way to untap her indefinitely. Once that's accomplished, you can control the game almost as well as taking infinite turns. The win conditions here are Thermo-Alchemist, Lobber Crew, and Lightning-Rig Crew for untargeted damage, Rolling Thunder if the pinging doesn't work, and Folio of Fancies for untargeted mill. The last two run off the potential infinite mana that infinite untapping can make.

Use time itself as a blunt instrument, and beat everyone into submission. Brute chronology at its very finest.
