An Affair Of Honor Phenomenon
When you encounter “An Affair Of Honor” insult target opponent, both players choose a creature they control. Those two creatures fight. If a chosen creature lives, it’s controller draws two cards and gains 2 life. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon)
The High Sepulcher Plane: Zaegoth
White creatures get +1/+1.
Creatures with Archon counters on them get +4/+4 and have indestructible.
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, you may put an Archon counter onto target creature you control.
Illusium Plane: Mystic Realm
Creature spells cost (1) less to cast.
Creatures on the battlefield have “Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.”
Chaos: Create a token that of a creature on the battlefield, except it has “When this creature become the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.”
Through The Rift Phenomenon
When you encounter Through The Rift, each player shuffles their library, and then flips the top card of their library. If a player reveals a nonland card, they may cast it without paying it’s mana cost. Any cards are that are cast go onto the stack according to the turn order. Any player that does not cast the top card of their library draws a card instead. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon)
The Long Night Phenomenon
When you encounter The Long Night, put two -1/-1 counters on each non-wall creature. If a creature would die as a result of this effect, that creature’s controller creates a 2/2 black Zombie creature token. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)
The Hunter’s Path Plane: Zaegoth
When you planeswalk to The Hunter’s Path, each player may put a bounty counter on target creature they don’t control.
Each creature with a Bounty counter on it has “When this creature dies, each opponent draws a card and gains 2 life.”
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, you may put a Bounty counter on target creature you don’t control.
The Mirror Pillar Plane: Easerium
The first spell you cast each turn has Cascade.
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, you may put X +1/+1 counters on target creature you control, where X is the amount of spells that have been cast this turn.
Temple of the Sedorak Plane: Zaegoth
When you planeswalk to Temple of the Sedorak or at the beginning of your upkeep, create a 3/2 colorless artifact creature token with First Strike and Islandwalk named “Automaton”.
Chaos: Whenever you roll chaos, until a player planeswalks, all lands are Islands in addition to their other types.
The Opal City Plane: Zaegoth
Creatures you control have Melee (Whenever this creature attacks, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each opponent you attacked with a creature this combat.) (If a creature has multiple instances of melee, each triggers separately.)
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, create a Legendary 2/4 white Human Soldier creature token named “The King’s Guard” with “All damage that would be dealt to you is dealt to this creature instead.”
Hope You Are Having One Hell Of A Time Phenomenon
When you encounter “Hope You Are Having One Hell Of A Time” each player flips a coin and calls it. If a player called it, they may return a creature card from their graveyard to their hand, then draw three cards and gain 5 life. If that player loses the flip, they sacrifice a creature, discard three cards, then lose 5 life. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon)
Kreldor Plane: Zaegoth
When you planeswalk to Kreldor or at the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice a non-token creature. If you do, put a +1/+1 on each creature you control.
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, you may create two 3/3 Green Beast creature tokens.
Archive Of Odoprix Plane: Zaegoth
At the beginning of your draw step, you may draw two additional cards. If you do, choose two cards in your hand drawn this turn. For each of those cards, pay 4 life or put the card on top of your library.
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, you may search your library for a card, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.
Great Sept of Baelor Plane: Westeros
When you planeswalk to the Great Sept of Baelor or at the beginning of your upkeep, you may create a 1/1 white Monk creature token with Prowess.
Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, you may deal X damage to each creature on the battlefield, where X is equal to the number of Monks on the battlefield. If you are not the monarch, you become the monarch, then planeswalk.
“Free” Elections Phenomenon
When you encounter “Free” Elections, each player may take out a piece of paper (You cannot use the planar deck for this) and write down the name of the player they think should be the monarch. Any player who cannot get a usable piece of paper, does not get to vote. The player who has the most votes becomes the monarch. If the vote is a tie, each player that is tied for votes must crumple up their votes and hurl them at their rivals. Any player that is hit by one of these wads is no longer able to be monarch. The last player eligible to become monarch becomes the new monarch. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon)
