mikeintosh: See your point, my friend actually has a Daretti, Scrap Savant deck, a Bojuka Bog would be nice in that situation. Thanks.

Its been fun watching this deck evolve over the past month. I've always liked tribal/gimmick decks and zombies tends to be up there in viability.
@Odysseus_97 - Yes Bog is something of a nonbo, but it only hits 1 graveyard and can shut down something like Meren of Clan Nel Toth, which can abuse graves far more effectively.
@Vexnex - I see that Phyrexian Altar is in the list of things your trying to add. Personally I would remove Mana Crypt. You should have enough ramp with Cabal Coffers, plus there's not really anything to abuse crypt by untapping it (I could just be bad at noticing things, if so.... oops.) Altar also gives you mana so..... If your really worried about having enough mana then possibly put in Magus of the Coffers. This card Seriously needs to be in a zombie storm deck. Just the combo with Gravecrawler for infinite ETB and leaving effects makes it necessary.
My next suggestion helps with mana too. Remove a swamp and put in Some Tasty Snacks. You have 15 permanents with and 2 with . Getting positive on devotion will be a breeze.
Another thing is Phenax, God of Deception. How often do you actually use his ability? I just feel that Grimgrin, Corpse-born's utility for spot removal or Sheoldred, Whispering One's general ridiculousness would be more consistent.
Last comment will be on Exquisite Blood being in the maybe board WITHOUT Sanguine Bond making a showing as well. The instant win mechanic the two cause is just too powerful to ignore.

Sorry about the double post but I forgot to mention Contamination. Yes this will prevent making extra mana, yes it requires a sack each upkeep to stay out, yes it will get you targeted by everyone in the pod instantly (that's experience talking), but this can easily just shut out multiple decks in a game. The moment you get this out when playing against a mono blue control. Never has there been a more satisfying moment. Except maybe against a 5 Color that just got a Lantern out.
Also sorry about misspelling your username VexenX

Completely right about the whole graveyard, blanked out for a second i guess :p
Cutting Mana Crypt might be an option, its really powerful so it should be one of the last cuts, but it as you say depends on the mana problems. But i do completely agree with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx since the card cost of the deck is 72% Black, so the devotion is good enough to make it worth.
I am also curious about Phenax, God of Deception, he seems really amazing, but i dont know how well he pays off, that is probably something Vexenx can tell us about :)
The reason Exquisite Blood is in the maybeboard without Sanguine Bond is because it combos with The Scarab God. Sanguine Bond does combo amazing going infinite with Exquisite Blood, but if its the only of the 2 cards you get, you rarely gain any life in this deck. Exquisite Blood is good on its own, good with The Scarab God and good with Sanguine Bond. The Scarab God is good on its own and with Exquisite Blood, Sanguine Bond is really only good with Exquisite Blood, nothing else in this deck.

Since I made nearly 20 games in the last week I can give some insight on Phenax, God of DeceptionI made only 2-3 times use of his ability, I kinda liked the 4/4 indestructible Beatstick :D But that makes me realise that he is maybe a good cut option (I'll add some removal)
I totally agree on Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - will swap it right in there for a Swamp

Didn't really think about the synergy with the rest of the deck on Sanguine Bond. That's really a good point. It's a dead card without only a single card.
As for Phenax I believe the idea is to turn a bunch of tokens sideways with his ability to mill someone out. The thing is I've always had opponents who either run an anti-mill mechanic or enough wrath effects to prevent tokens getting ridiculous. It does make sense in theory, but in practice it can fall flat. Maybe I just play with a bunch of control players..... ugh, Thoughtpicker Witch.

Question not regarding the list... How are you guys keeping track of the "eternalized" cards when playing paper magic?
July 24, 2017 5 p.m.
MegaMatt13 says... #9
baddkaarma, I have just been using the original cards with 4 counters on it (to signify it's a 4/4). Then when the creature is removed I'm moving it into the exile zone.

I tried something else with my Plotter and some bags I had lying around.Dunno if this will work:

MegaMatt13 and man1ac thanks guys, I'm doing similar with my own cards when eternalizing, but ran into someone that wasn't comfortable with me sleeving one of their cards, which I understand, since technically their card should be in exile.

man1ac: OMFG! THAT IS PERFECT! That is pretty much exactly what I wanted! How can I buy like 20 of them?!
Sorry I dont reply during the day, I am in the military, and the government computers won't let me, and I have no phone coverage where I work.
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx will be in here soon. Thank you for the suggestion!
Phenax, God of Deception has been doing work for me. There are games that I can't swing down with my zombies, or just want to sit back and play more control-like. Will all of the Zombie lords in my list, I mill for quite a bit right before my untap-step! Although the goal of this deck is not to mill win, this God allows me to dig deep for Scarab God, and it a beast to boot! It might get cut at some point, but Idk if I am willing to yet.
The_Dark_Adonis: Exquisite Blood seems VERY interesting, but Idk if/how to fit it. 5cmc is a lot for a semi company conditional ability. I think I just have to try it and see!
Thank you for the comments and upvote!
Tomorrow I am trying to post the Combo list tomorrow. Let me know if i am missing anything!
Also, I am looking for adding some alternate lists to the Primer! If you have a different build that you would like for me to feature, please let me know! I am looking for lists builds that are as different from mine as possible, to show the different options out there! Stuff like heavy control, mill, or even a non-zombie one! I look forward to seeing the verity!!!

VexenX I can make you 20 and send them to you. Even from (I suggest) Germany to USA this should not be hard.
Just add me at FB (https://www.facebook.com/man1acc) and we will work on something.

For tokens I actually plan to print special rectangual counters on a 3D printer we have at work. Will post results once done.

y'know, I just gotta say, VexenX, I simply love your energy! Your responses to comments are great; I can tell you truly appreciate the input. Keep on being you! xD

mikeintosh: I'm looking forward to see how those turn out! Sounds really cool!
PurePazaak: Thanks for the complement man! I have put a ton of effort into this last, and it is really cool to see how many people like it and take the time out to write detailed comments! I know from experience that life can be really busy, so taking that time out of your day means a lot!

Great Deck! I'm building a similar deck to yours and your card choice really helped me out. Thanks for that!
How does Paradox Haze, Rooftop Storm and Training Grounds fare?
They're all good cards, but i feel that you need more draws maybe. One problem i had was being empty handed in the late game and that sucked.
Cards that lets you draw x cards as an instant are great for that purpose. For that i suggest Stroke of Genius, Pull from Tomorrow and Blue Sun's Zenith.
Also about Phyrexian Altar, it's great, really great! It makes a infinite mana combo with Gravecrawler and Rooftop Storm, can generate infinite tokens with Diregraf Colossus and finish the game with Bitter Ordeal.
Hope that helps!
July 26, 2017 4:49 p.m.
Below are the Combos that I am adding to the Primer. Just because they are listed, does not mean that they are in my build, but that they COULD be in this deck. My list is not looking to combo out to win, but I do not disregard it as an option for others.
Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar +
OR
Gravecrawler + Rooftop Storm + SACK OUTLET +
Diregraf Captain, Vengeful Dead, OR Plague Belcher = Infinite damage to opponents
Diregraf Colossus = Infinite Zombies
Noxious Ghoul = Infinite Non-zombie board-wipe
Secrets of the Dead = Infinite Draw
If outlet is Ashnod's Altar OR Phyrexian Altar = Infinite Mana
If outlet is Blasting Station = Infinite Damage
Grave Pact **OR Dictate of Erebos = Infinite Sacking
Gray Merchant of Asphodel + Rite of Replication: 60+ damage to each opponent and a lot of life.
Grave Titan + Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle = Infinite Zombies
Havengul Lich + Rooftop Storm = All Zombies in GY cost
Gempalm Polluter + Lord of the Undead, Volrath's Stronghold OR Unholy Grotto = The gift that keeps on giving!
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Cabal Coffers = Ya, Just in case you didnt know.
If you run Cloudstone Curio:
Cloudstone Curio + Geralf's Messenger + Rooftop Storm + Zombie: Infinite Damage to Opponents
Cloudstone Curio + Gray Merchant of Asphodel + Rooftop Storm + Zombie: Infinite Life Drain
Cloudstone Curio + Fleshbag Marauder + Rooftop Storm + Zombie = Infinite Sacking
Soldcastro: All three of those Enchantments have been game-winners for me. I am rarely upset drawing any of them! They also synergize well in this deck with The Scarab God.
I find that I have the opposite problem when it comes to hand size. I use our Commander's zombie making ability quite a bit, which keep your hand full because you are not spending the mana to cast stuff your hand as much.
Phyrexian Altar is on the way, and will be in the deck for Cemetery Reaper.

How could I go around making this deck budget, like 100-200 instead of the current pricepoint of like 700?
July 26, 2017 10 p.m.
Deadly_Walrus and synonimous_: I stayed up late tonight to create a budget list for you guys! (I am going to add it to the Primer). Let me know what you think!
The Scarab God! Butts Up!!! (Budget Under $200)

The list is about $195 right now. The most expensive cards are Rhystic Study, Phenax, God of Deception, Undead Warchief, Unholy Grotto, and Endless Ranks of the Dead (in that order). If you wanted to save another $30 you could cut those. There are also a ton of cards in the 3-4 dollar rang. You can sub these out for cards you have on hand if you need to, and build up from there. I think the most important thing is to get the deck on hand, then build it as you go! It is much more fun that way!

Do you have any trouble with Graveborn Muse (particularly when running Paradox Haze)? Have you thought about running Dreamborn Muse? I suggest it because while you'll be discarding (Cryptbreaker, etc.) and playing things for free/@ instant speed (Leyline of Anticipation, etc.), your opponents may have trouble playing things, especially if you have an Invoke Prejudice--expensive, I know--, which slows your opponents, is great control, and may also feed the graveyards (and repsectively, The Scarab God).

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BUDGET LIST! But seriously I love to see how active you are with the community and how you take time to post replies. Thanks a ton!

synonimous_ and Deadly_Walrus: You are both VERY welcome! I am glad you are happy with it! It is no fun just to look at deck online and not build them yourself, I hope this makes it more attainable! Let me know how it goes!
Dovahkiin11: Graveborn Muse is much less scary when you have a sack-outlet. I have not been endangered by it yet, but I definitely see the potential threat here. However, all is fair when The Scarab God is in play! I am not ready fork up the cash for Invoke Prejudice at the moment...

So the 3D-printed zombie counters turned out pretty good. Perhaps Ill color the text so its more legible once I get my hands on some blue paint. Check it out:

@Odysseus_97 sometimes its just better to get rid of the graveyard altogether. Say somebody plays Glissa, the Traitor or Daretti, Scrap Savant. You need to hate out their whole graveyard rather than picking their weak creatures. Many times Bojuka Bog can be a game saver.
