Here's a my take on The Scarab God as a commander.

This deck focuses on two main strategies, offered by our Commander : zombie tribal and mill.

1) Zombie Tribal : that's the easiest part. You just have to spawn a lot zombie, especially tokens, and then drain life from your opponent with The Scarab God. Zombies alone are quite weak, but with cards like Death Baron they can become really huge. As this strategy is quite weak against board-wipes (getting a lot of zombies takes time), I included "Massacre Threat" cards like Blood Artist, so that your opponent will suffer from killing your zombies.

2) Mill/Reanimator : that's a bit more difficult, as it relies on our commander. Here's the plan: fill your graveyard with cards like Entomb, then reanimate fatties like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur with the second ability of The Scarab God. I think this is the weakest part of my deck, so any advice to make it stronger is welcome!

There's also a bunch of counterspells (like Pact of Negation) and removals (like Go for the Throat).

Thanks for reading, and any advice is welcome!
