Lavinia and the tenth precinct will keep order with the steel hammer of justice. Actually the name comes from neuroshima hex.

It's a blinking control deck that holds my opponents off while I build engines to either combo off or beatdown slowly with Phyrexian Ingester. I got Some soldiers that can go unblocked too, but it's chip damage that takes a bit of time.

Some better beaters would be nice. but the whale is something I love from standard that I can return to hand at a moment's notice (also his name is whalee, I like whales) and the ingester can* be huge, controlling, or useless.
