Creature (3)

Have you ever wanted to be a complete d*ck in standard? I mean REALLY devious and annoying to deal with? Are you lacking the benjamins for a T1 uber-control deck, but still feel like watching the player on the other side of the table spontaneously burst with the rage and hatred of a thousand Culling Suns?

This deck is all about controlling the board and dealing with your opponent's creatures using your own. Agent of the Fates is the main engine behind this deck, as he pairs with instant untap spells to disgustingly powerful effect. Artisan of Forms can copy your Agent for double killing power with Hidden Strings or copy the opponent's troublesome minion before your other kill creatures deal with it. Crypsis is an extremely powerful card, as it can catch opponents completely off-guard, allowing you to untap your tapped Agent of the Fates, Artisan of Forms or Thrill-Kill Assassin for a free kill while triggering heroic. You can even use Crypsis offensively to make your attacking creature unblockable, triggering the cipher effect on Hidden Strings for even more heroic shenanigans! Triton Fortune Hunter will ensure that you keep drawing spells to continue triggering your heroic effects. If you feel like a more offensive and less control-oriented build, you can swap out Triton Fortune Hunter for Nivmagus Elemental and eat your own spells and cipher copies while they STILL trigger heroic!
