The Countdown Is at One rulings:

1. To play a Magic subgame, all players start a new game, using their libraries as their decks. No other cards, tokens, emblems, or anything else from the main game are included in the subgame.

2. If a player has fewer than seven cards in their main-game library, theyll lose the subgame as it begins, regardless of how many mulligans that player takes.

3. If the subgame is a draw, no player won the subgame, so damage dealt to any player in the main game will be doubled.

4. After the subgame ends, all players shuffle their cards from the subgame to reform their main-game libraries, and they return to the main game from the point they left off, with The Countdown Is at One finishing resolving.

Turn 1. Mountain + Sol Ring

Turn 2. Mountain + Rite of Flame + Pyromancer's Goggles

Turn 3. Mountain + The Countdown Is at One Use Pyromancer's Goggles to cast

Subgame 1 (50 cards): Play a Mountain + Gut Shot/Shock/Spark Jolt/Forked Bolt (Loser takes 2x damage)

Subgame 2 (50 cards): Play a Mountain + Gut Shot/Shock/Spark Jolt/Forked Bolt (Loser takes 4x damage)

Turn 5. The Countdown Is at One (Returned via Charmbreaker Devils, or had in your hand, or drew it) Use Pyromancer's Goggles to cast, or copy with Increasing Vengeance

Subgame 3 (48 cards): Play a Mountain + Gut Shot/Shock/Spark Jolt/Forked Bolt (Loser takes 8x damage)

Subgame 4 (48 cards): Play a Mountain + Gut Shot/Shock/Spark Jolt/Forked Bolt (Loser takes 16x damage)

Turn 6. Gut Shot/Spark Jolt for 16 damage or Shock/Forked Bolt for 32 damage
