This deck runs off of combining the Extort mechanic and Sanguine Bond. The original idea was B/W and utilized more Orzhov cards ( Basilica Guards , Blind Obedience, Tithe Drinker), but I had trouble finding the actual game winner. I could control the board, but what was I gonna do with that? As the deck was, Sanguine Bond was just a bit too slow since it was hard to combo off of my extort triggers. Crypt Ghast only nets you so much free mana when it only triggers on half your lands.

When I set my eyes upon Corrupt, however, I saw the big bomb that I wanted to use. The problem was that two-color limited my number of Swamps. So I dropped all the white and threw in Liliana of the Dark Realms to fix that.

New Lily easily fixes any land issues I may run into so I can make Corrupt bigger and gives me some easy removal (or pump if I have to beatdown). If she gets big enough to pop her ultimate the game is probably over.

I have a couple of options for digging through the deck. Dark Prophecy and Underworld Connections are very easy to trigger and I shouldn't have to worry about the life cost due to all the life gain I have throughout the deck.

The Bogbrew Witch trio fits in extremely well. Festering Newt gives me a useful chump blocker, especially if I have the Witch out. Bubbling Cauldron just makes it go off, netting a 8 life swing with only 1 mana.

Bogbrew Trio was not as effective as I had hoped, and was taking up a lot of space in my deck. I have cut them in favor of some faster spells. Deathrite Shaman can give me some graveyard hate and makes use of the pseudo-control I get through Duress and Liliana's Reaver. Gonna test this out over the weekend, see how this edition goes.
