There are three different ways to "win"

1. Combine (flipped) Erayo, Soratami Ascendant with Arcane Laboratory to keep every player but you from playing any spell ever. Add terefi when you get him to allow you to play creatures when it isn't your turn to get past the combo while making sure opponents can't play instants on your turns

2. Throw Lighthouse Chronologist and a Robe of mirrors out and level to 7 to get an extra turn after every other opponent ends their turn. (leveling can be quicker with Extraplanar Lens and Sapphire Medallion) From there it shouldn't be hard

3. Get one of the artifact lands/artifacts out and bring out the tinker out by turn 3 to get Inkwell Leviathan into the game

Deck is supposed to slow your opponents down while speeding you up.
