This deck got me the nickname "The Time Lord". It was created by me back in '94/'95 back when the rules stated 40 card min with no more then 4 of 1 card. Back then, the internet was not what it was today and we bought our packs in hobby shops, not game stores that also had singles. Unless you played in the tourneys you had no idea there was a banned/restricted list so as far as our group was concerned this was a legal deck.

After trashing all the decks in our group multiple times, this deck was retired and only brought out when some new person shot their mouth off. The deck did lose, it's not perfect but my guess is it won 90%+ of it's matches and has on multiple occasions won without the opponent making a draw or play.

I did at one point own every single card in this deck as either an alpha/beta or unlimited.
