This is my first take on a Maralen of the Mornsong Tiny Leaders deck. Right now it doesn't work as I want it to. Most of the time it is also me, who has no cards in hand, and there is no real combo in here with Maralen. That's too bad, because I normally like to play with a rather clunky commander, just to see how youc an build around its abilities and maybe make it a good, game-winning combo. Right now it is better for the deck if I don't play Maralen at all, and even then it is not going nice. I testplayed it mostly against some Goblin-decks, which are very fast, because in my playgroup most people play fast and aggressive decks.

But I really need some help here! The plan was something like making your opponent discard all his stuff, put in some chump-blockers that makes them discard, then when they're out of gas you play Maralen of the Mornsong, fetch for Master of the Feast or Nyxathid the next turn and start smashing their face. Of course they get to fetch first, so there are normally two things, the opponent would do:1. Fetch something to destroy Maralen.2 Fetch something to get back board-control.

I'm not sure how to break this cycle. I really like this card, the ability sounds fun, it is mono-black, the art, etc.And I would really like to see my opponent stunned, when he gets beaten down by THAT ability. Please help me, every suggestion is appreciated! =)
