Current meta I'm playing against is a lot of UWx Control and GR monsters. Both deck types are slow enough, if I don't overreach, and can dodge detention sphere I should be OK.

I like the idea of using the fabled hero, either unblockable or flying as the situation demands, with Hidden Strings, to either give him pseudo vigilance, untap extra land for a counter, or target and choose not to tap or untap to proc heroic.

Any suggestions to tighten it up would be appreciated, especially the counter package.
