I would only add 2 Geralf's Masterpiece. I'd cut the Stitchwing Skaab or Diregraf Colossus. Both seem a little slow. The Stitchwings are cheaper and add recursion, but 3/1 is nowhere near the power of a potential 7/7 bomb. He's more of a game ender, but tends to shut down a match against fliers.
The recursion cost is high, but it's really only viable as a way to get a 7/7 flier to end the game. Otherwise, he's pretty good coming out of a near empty hand.

Zorynjaibro I tested with them a little bit, but I still prefer to have the versatility and efficiency of the Stitchwing Skaab. I can consistently get the skaab engine up and running on turn 3 even if I'm stuck on 2/3 lands. They also provide me the option of activating Geier Reach Sanitarium or casting Voldaren Pariah Flip on turn 5. I do agree that Diregraf Colossus is too slow. It also doesn't work well with the recursion them of the deck. So I'm testing a playset of Collective Brutality in it's place. It has the same effect most of the time (soaking up a counter/kill spell) a turn earlier. It also contributes to getting my creatures in the yard.

I played against a similar deck with my vampire deck here:Something's in the Heir.
It was a great matchup and very close every game we played (about 7). The one card that got me every time was Geralf's Masterpiece (once it was Dragonlord Silumgar).
I think if you're opponent plays removal that can easily take him out, he gets sideboarded. The fact that he (usually) survives Languish and Grasp of Darkness makes him pretty good.
Maybe try 1 of and drop a Voldaren Pariah Flip. Her flip side is pretty good, but multiples of her aren't gonna get you much.

Im currently running a very similar deck but I'm using Advanced Stitchwing over Stitchwing Skaab. In your testing did you chose skaab over advanced because of the 1 less mana cost even being skaab is a 3/1 were advanced is a 3/4? Im seeing very mixed results in my own testing and lookng for additional insight. Great deck!

Dr13heat I find that I'm not worried about being able to keep my skaab alive. So the extra mana to bring it back just means I have to wait another turn to flash in Voldaren Pariah Flip or bring back my skaab. Thanks for the comment and compliment btw.

what about kaladesh any updates? plus i cant spend money on lilli how can i make a budget option for her?

Vampire_Lord If you don't want to shell out the dough for lili, but want a similar effect to liliana, I'd recommend Live Fast for card advantage, or Grasp of Darkness for the removal effect. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything to replace her ultimate. As for Kaladesh updates, I'll be doing that in the next few minutes and then you'll see them in my lists.

One other card that I'm messing around with is scrapheap scrounger. It's aggressive and easy to cast, while also triggering amalgams and whatnot

Masterpiece was in the this originally. It's just a little less efficient than the other options I have. Specifically the recursion cost makes casting pariahs off of madness near impossible. What would you take out for the masterpiece? And why?
