Remember when spirts and arcane spells were a thing. If not you did not play in kamigawa. But if you do, here is an EDH deck for you.I got this deck idea from my friend when we were trading. Using The Unspeakable may not be the best commander, in fact it would be better to switch him out for Cloudhoof Kirin but its your choice.

Really there is no win condition, but come on, it's arcane. Piss people off for Heliods sake. See what I did there. hhh. Never mind. Just make sure you try and win by making them quit. Return your counterspells and control with The Unspeakable and if that does not work, spirits because you can trade The Unspeakable with Cloudhoof Kirin and spirits and arcane.
