This is an Uril deck that's designed to do what all the other Uril decks do, except with budget and rarity restrictions.

I wanted to make a deck that I could hand to new players at my shop, and I wanted to make sure that I could give it away if I wanted. So far, the tests have been good. With such a low CMC on the enchantments, we can ensure some quick, tempo-based kills.
