nayaftw this is a HUMAN deck lol and if I'm casting elspeth the game has already gone way too long. I'm working on getting more deicide and my thoughtseizes are coming in the mail this week. I can tell you didn't read much if any of my description let alone the decklist.

EnigmaEthos, control plays elspeth so therefore she should be side for against control so that you can still come back after a wrath.
Brimaz is pretty solid even though he's not human. Yes, he doesn't fit in with Xathrid Necromancer but neither does Cavalry Pegasus .
You still play Revoke Existence in side anyways, so I'm pointing out that Deicide should be played over it.
Yes, I didn't read our description because I took one look at the size of it, and I'm quite tired atm.

Okay. Well the Pegasus does work because it allows me to swing with everything over my opponents' creatures. nayaftw

So you got a +1, but I have no idea how I could improve this.
How often do opponents take damage from Athreos, assuming he lands on turn 3?

I don't think Naya had irrelevant suggestions. Though I think you are just set in how the deck is, and wanted the +1.

Well Didgeridooda seeing how I've been winning the majority of my games with it it's pretty much set, and I would rather not switch out humans with non-humans while necromancer is still standard for obvious reasons.

That is fine and all. I am sure it is a nice enough deck. You could have approached it a little different though. I just read on the following page where you said you overreacted, so at it seems you feel the same way. I don't think it was terrible advice, I have gotten much worse in that thread before. If someone forgets, or you want to follow up, it is best to put the message up on their wall. Ask for clarification, or why they did not think your deck was +1 worthy if that is what you are going for. Nothing wrong with wanting those internet points though.

Here is the best explanation, thesixpathsx6 "When a token dies, it gets put into the graveyard. Effects that trigger when creatures die will trigger for these. The tokens will then cease to exist the next time state based actions are checked (just before a player gains priority). They do trigger the ability of Athreos. You choose a target opponent. That player may pay 3 life, but regardless of whether or not they do, you do not get the token back. It does not return to your hand before ceasing to exist because it ceases to exist before Athreos's trigger even gets put on the stack.
There are no replacement effects involved here. Note that Athreos has a triggered ability, not a replacement effect. Triggered abilities always include "when," "whenever," or "at," as Athreos's does. If Athreos's ability was a static ability which created a replacement effect it would use the word "instead" (and would not be able to target, because replacement effects never target)." got this in the forums via Drilnoth

Too bad soldier tokens aren't considered "human" haha soldiers spawning and respawning as zombies!! That mechanic would have fit your title too! Awesome deck! I'll probably build it once I can grab some necromancers :) +1

Elspeth, Sun's Champion
would be a good finisher in here.
What are your weak matches? This is not a normal standard deck, so I am thinking that people have a tough time because they can not sideboard against you. I feel that Brimaz, while not a human, is very much worth playing. He is very strong.
Why run Gods Willing
? I would run 4 copies of the other one.
Have you tried running Springleaf Drum ? Pain seer is a good card, but needs a little help some times.

Didgeridooda I've considered the drum, and will probably put it in post rotation, I like splitting up my protection spells because they are all situationally different, Gods Willing in particular for the scry, since I don't like running the temples as they slow me down. Brimaz is solid and will probably make it in post rotation as well, but as long as Xathrid Necromancer is standard I'll be keeping it human tribal other then the pegasus.
My weak matches are, any deck with Blood Baron of Vizkopa , or Stormbreath Dragon because of their protections. Also, control and decks with lots of removal have given me some trouble if I do not have a fast start and of land a necromancer and/or athreos by turn 4, but more often then not I can out-speed them.

I also believe that Elspeth, Sun's Champion is simply too slow right now, but after rotation she is a possibility.

+1 Awesome title, first of all but even better I like this deck and the low mana curve. Also I like that you've got some planned change outs for M15, I liked the look of Xathrid Slyblade too. I think I'll try and build this one! Keep us updated!!! :)

Thoughtseize should definitely be in here. So should Brimaz, King of Oreskos . I think that Elspeth, Sun's Champion should be in side too, and Deicide is so much better than Revoke Existence .
