A rule 0 Commander deck with The Wandering Emperor as our commander. Djeru, With Eyes Open in case people are not okay with our imperial Girlie, although a card draw commander like Bennie Bracks, Zoologist might be better?

Board wipe, Remove, generally be mean until you can find your wincons: Inkmoth Nexus/Mirrex , Approach of the Second Sun , Moonshaker Cavalry or just some planeswalker bombs.

The goal was to recreate the control decks I love playing in standard as best I could in commander with The Wanderer at it's head. It's not perfect, but the main game plan is similar. I think Elminster is a better option as a planeswalker commander who dodges your board wipes and gives card advantage. The addition of blue is also a huge boon for card advantage and more and better control options/wincons. But I just really like The Wanderer okay? She's so cool, look at her!
