Najeela midrange CEDH combo. This deck looks to win by creating loads of warriors with Najeela's ability and generate WUBRG to fuel it over and over for infinite warriors and combat steps. Utilizing cards like Nature's Will, Grim Hireling and Derevi, to generate extra mana and treasure tokens with Najeela this deck goes infinite quickly to destroy all opponents by continuing to untap permanents to fuel our commander's ability.

Najeela Based Win Cons:

Nature's will with one hit on an opponent can allow us to untap all our lands if they provide WUBRG, begin another combat AND tap our opponent's lands lessening their opportunities for interaction. Best of all, if hitting multiple opponents this effect can be stacked as triggers resolve to allow us to untap and tap our lands to supply the needed mana for next combats.

Derevi with 3 lands that provide WUBRG and hitting 3 opponent's with Najeela allows us to go infinite because we can stack the untap triggers to provide enough mana to initiate more combats.

Grim Hirling with hits on 3 opponent's provides 6 mana/treasures which allows us to go infinite with combats and win the game from there.

The deck contains a lot of interaction, counters, and a slim build to get our mana base ready and set up the win. Reconnaissance is an interesting card in Najeela allowing us to benefit from her attack trigger without losing her or the warriors she creates. We can at instant speed remove our creatures from combat keeping them from being destroyed and still receive the bonus warriors from the trigger. We can then initiate extra combats if we have the mana until we can get enough warriors in to fuel one of the combo lines. In this ultra creature heavy meta, getting attackers through can be challenging; this trick allows us to build up enough presence to get damage through to fuel one of the many combo pieces. I've added a lot of creature removal/bounce and tried to make getting combat damage through as easy as possible to pilot the deck to victory.

I've also added some additional warriors like Chatterfang, PFB, and Kutzil to provide some additional warrior support, token generation for combats, and to protect our combo pieces and turns.

The deck is very reliant on Najeela, I'll have to continue play testing to see if I need to come up with a back up plan

With extensive play testing in a stax and heavy creature meta I've tried to add as much interactive pieces and bounce spells to help warriors get damage through and remove problem creatures from slowing our game plan down. I appreciate any and all comments and suggestions and thanks for checking out my deck!

UPDATES:

12/2/23: I've tested, played, and tried to it's fullest the AD naus, breach, and other turbo versions of this deck and I can confidently say, this isn't it for this deck. It just can't have the explosive power, card draw, and low to the ground effect that a turbo grixis or card draw commander can provide. Additionally, the breach package in this deck while effective, takes away much of what makes Najeela great! Her ability to win through extra combats with simple one or two card combos and win the game. To that end, I've removed all of that from my deck to double down on Najeela and beat down combat strategy while attempting to play a more midrange game and win from there.

09/25/24: It's been a wild week; jeweled lotus and mana crypt banned along with dockside and Nadu changes the landscape dramatically. It's going to swing the meta heavily to stax (I think) and a slower mid range game which should hopefully benefit this deck and it's ability to win. I've taken thoracle out once and for all. Call me what you will I just hate the combo and throwing it into this deck with all that I've done to make the main combo lines work just feels cheap and I refuse to do it. I've invested more heavily into slimming the deck down even further to overcome the bans, push combat damage through and go for the win. Even without Thoracle and the fast mana I think this deck is still very powerful and has the ability to win a lot of games. I've added some additional warriors, mana dorks, and more ways to help push damage through and work towards our combo. Let me know what you think!
