This is a format that I saw being played and it looked kinda interesting. It's basically a more compact version of EDH/Commander where you start out with 60 card singleton instead of 100. What you do is pick a planeswalker and a signature instant or sorcery to represent the deck. The only catch is that you can only cast your signature spell when your commander/planeswalker is on the battlefield. Taxes are the same where every time you cast your planeswalker signature, it costs more cumulatively. So first time there's no tax, second costs more, third time more, so on and so forth.
