You destroy Aggro decks with Ultimate Price , Devour Flesh, Murder and Barter in Blood to clean the board

Tribute to Hunger is here for two situations, the common "Kill-a-Weenie" and to gain life, usually aggro decks tend to be horrible and those 1-2 points of life can make the difference

It kills by milling obviously, Jace, Memory Adept can do the work for himself, but if you keep the game long enough, you can use Liliana of the Dark Realms Ultimate and Increasing Confusion for a huge mill, or Mind Grind for a TOTAL DEATH mill

Negate can help against Planeswalkers and pesky spells

You can always mill them out with Sands of Delirium too + Nephalia Drownyard

Dissipate : For huge spells that might annoy like Rakdos's Return or Sphinx's Revelation and Planeswalkers
