What will you do when someone sides in Rest in Peace?

What I mean is it gets rid of your graveyard, even after you destroy it. I know you can build it back up, but just something to consider.

Oh yeah, it can happen. I find Raven's Crime can pressure people into using those kinds of things early so they don't have to dump them. Then you just stall and rebuild.

What about Dash Hopes to possibly counter stuff in the sideboard?

Also, you might want to reset discussion. Its getting a little congested.

Dash Hopes is a counterspell but its very unreliable. The outcome will always be the one you least want to happen. Lets say an opponent is casting splintertwin and you've kept two mana open for dash hopes, it will be useless because the opponent will pay the 5 life to make the spell go through. What will happen is what you least want to happen, and it doesn't contribute to the deck that much.

Guttural Response? Idk at this point what to name really.

Truthfully I've never needed a counter spell. Graveyard nukes are fairly uncommon in my circle. And if it ever happened, I'd either rebuild or lose and switch to my Boros aggro deck. If you really wanted, you could redo this deck as sultai and run some true counters and Armored Skaab.

Makes it so once it's on the stack, nothing else can be cast until it resolves.

Can you cast night's whisper, draw one card, then dredge?
May 16, 2015 4:02 p.m.
Yes you can. You can draw twice, draw and dredge, or dredge twice. Great card.

Let's suppose you're playing a deck based around Krenko, Mob Boss. How would you sideboard for the 2nd match? I am bad at sideboarding, and that is why I ask this question.

If you were running Doom Blade instead of Abrupt Decay for budget reasons, that'd be your solution. Otherwise Bile Blight for his tokens then overwhelm him with your yard-fed fatties just like any other creature.

Depends on the strategy of the rest of their deck. But probably the Gnaws or the Cagebreakers.

How are you expecting to get so many creatures in the graveyard? You have 7 dredgers, and only 3 are recurring. Also, your sideboard is terrible.4x Thoughtseize3x Leyline of Sanctity2x Leyline of the Void2x Spellskite2x Nature's Claim/Ancient Grudge2x Golgari Charm/Ray of Revelation is the optimal sideboard in your colors.

And also, what exactly is the "one shot kill combo"?
May 31, 2015 11:53 p.m.
devotiontoblue, read the deck breakdown. And your sideboard suggestions are excellent but substantially more expensive than I'm willing to drop. The thoughtsiezes almost cost as much as this entire deck. Your input is appreciated, your tone isn't.

A question Sagarys. What tier would you put your deck in? I'm planning to start modern and is wondering if this is an ideal starting point. I am looking for tier 2 decks though tier 1 if possible. Under $300

Yeah, I can see that you are all pro, making a low budget, but monstrously good deck that is legal just the same. I am more about just making good decks, and seeing if they would be any good. Keep on making these decks, I can tell you that.
Something, by the way, that I hate about tapped out.net is the fact that a bunch of people make decks, and nobody ever gets to see them, because they won't be able to find it. Good thing almost all of your decks are on the top charts at some point.
