Trying to make an actually playable Surgeon General Commander commander deck. (on a budget) The only silver border card must be the commander in order to keep it almost legal.

Basically ramps a lot on first turns to be able to play big creatures, and this same creatures have either bestow or mutate, so it triggers Surgeon General Commander and makes you draw, it tries to play first some other creatures with hexproof in order to them to be harder to kill, since killing just one will make you loss a lot of cards if they are mutated. Archetype of Endurance is specially usefull for this, since he can protect other creatures.

The deck have some other helpfull cards as Sphere of Safety and Island Sanctuary to make it harder to other players to attack you. They sinergise well with the bestow creatures as they are also enchantments, and eventually skip drawing phase is not that bad since you will still be drawing with your commander, or either already have some big creatures in the field.

And also have a couple of counters specially for boardwipes wich I assume opponents will try to cast in order to get rid of your hexproofs creatures.

PS:The Rabid Wombat is mostly just for the flavor (the only other Wombat in mtg as far as I know) but kinda works with the deck.

PPS:I made this deck out of love for Surgeon General Commander art and flavour, and made it as best as I could with the cards I knew and found within the abilities that triggers the commander ability, but any suggestion is highly welcomed. Try to keep it budget, but if you really thinks something out of budget is worth I might try to get it later.
