I modified the Mystic Intellect commander precon into a sort of spellslinging burn deck that focuses on copying spells.

The basic strategy for playing the deck is as follows:

1) Draw a lot of cards to sculpt your hand.

2) Stockpile an ass-load of mana with cards like Brass' Bounty, Mana Geyser, Smothering Tithe, Dockside Extortionist, and Pirate's Pillage. Casting Brass' Bounty or Mana Geyser and copying it multiple times can be very effective.

3) Use mana stockpile to drop one of the bombs, either pumping one of the X-costed burn spells (e.g. Jaya's Immolating Inferno) and making lots of copies of it, or casting one of the extra turn spells and making lots of copies of it (making lots of copies of Karn's Temporal Sundering can act almost like a Cyclonic Rift on top of giving you extra turns), or using Rite of Replication with the kicker and copying it to make 20 token copies of Guttersnipe, Brash Taunter, or even just some big scary creature that an opponent controls.

A silly combo: Brash Taunter and Fiery Emancipation on the battlefield. Cast Rite of Replication to make an extra five copies of Brash Taunter. Cast Blasphemous Act. Blasphemous Act deals 13 damage to each Brash Taunter, except Fiery Emancipation triples this damage to 39. Each Brash Taunter will then deal that 39 damage to target opponent, except Fiery Emancipation triples it again to 117. So altogether you have 6 lots of 117 damage to distribute for a total of 702 damage. And that's before you factor in the Repeated Reverberation and Fury Storm that you'll throw in there somewhere ;)
