A budget Chaos / Thievery themed deck for some fun.

I made the win condition of passing permanents around the table and causing lots of incremental damage over time. This supplements the win condition of hitting people with their own stuff. I've been having a blast playing this deck even if it isn't the most competitive thing ever.

Updated this deck recently to have more interaction and rely less on all out memes which tuns out to not be fun for anybody.
