Group Hug!

My mom got into magic recently and wants to have a commander deck and do a tournament with it. Trying to keep the total price around $250 because that's the budget she set. Original commander was Phelddagrif because we had printed a random group hug deck off the internet, but after my cousin told her that there was Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis as a possibility (and that they were nicknamed The Gay Guys), she laughed out loud and insisted she change her commander imediately, even though there were no red cards in the deck at the time. Please suggest changes, my mother plans on buying the finished product and I don't want her to be dissapointed with the purchase.

The sideboard is filled with cards that my mother wants to fit in the deck.
