Since there is no sideboard I made one for this list. I think Baral's Expertise is a great wincon out of the sideboard against constrictor decks and other creature based strategies like dinosaurs. Commit / Memory also seems important to be able to tuck away problematic creatures that get past your counterspells, as well as nuking both players graveyards on the back-end.I also really want to Brainstormin standard along with my Counterspell, so Riverwise Augur interests me.

Metallic Mimic? probably name wizard, but there are cases for merfolk too. depends on your hand.

Baral? board him in against control decks?

Baral's Expertise? seems like a blowout against constrictor decks.

aethersphere harvester? defense against mono-red and vehicle lists

naru meha? for the lols and counterwars against control

Commit//Memory? getting rid of non-land permanents or spells on the stack is awesome

Ceremonious rejection to counter those karns and kirans?

Entrancing Melody? Stealing creatures is always fun.

River's rebuke? hose the tokens and creature decks without blue to counter.

Memorial to Genius? seems OK as a 2 of? drawing in the mid-late game could win the game

Cartouche of Knowledge? For the matches that are gonna be races.
