Been a whole since I have updated my decklist on here. I have been playing at my local game store almost every week, barring the last 2. I have been slowly tuning my deck to the meta and having some fun looking at other possibilities that might make my deck better.
Changes:
Squadron Hawks - Ya I know, what the heck man? These aren't playable anywhere in legacy. I disagree. They are actually quite good in my opinion. Against miracles this card is amazing. If you accidentally overplay into a Terminus, just have one of the three in you hand, and not only do you shuffle your library to make it more likely to get your board back together, but you also find creatures that you can put your leftover equipment onto to keep up the pressure. Another added bonus is that this card makes Hymn to Tourach easier to deal with. Our hands are usually chock full of stuff we need. So filling it with mediocre material makes the chances of us losing our better cards even less.
Baneslayer Angel - I was bored. So I threw it in. I haven't tested with it too much yet, but my thoughts go along the lines of eking out all my opponents permission and then landing this bomb late game. That way I can hold pressure when all of my guys start to go downhill power wise.
Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit - Saw some lists playing her. I don't know how I feel about her yet, but I am going to test it out to see how things go.
Kitchen Finks - There are too many burn decks in my meta. I needed more hate against them game 1.
Sword of Feast and Famine - The discard helps a lot in the mirror match, as does untapping lands. In addition, there is a Jund deck running around in my meta, and I would like to push my win ratio towards my side more.
Aegis of Honor - More burn hate.
I switched my sideboard from the good stuff route to the more widely used toolbox one. My good stuff side was good, but I needed to draw my hate more consistently, so I put in enlightened tutor and built it more in that direction.
