Hyper-budget RDW. Basically started with something fairly standard, then replaced everything that a full set of cost more than $10. I intend to keep it budget (my idea of which is not "only $100"), so keep that in mind when you're making suggestions.

all seem pretty straightforward and understandable. They're the sort of thing you more or less expect to see in this kind of deck.
Awaken the Ancient
is awesome. A 7/7 with haste on turn 5 that also contributes 3 to my red devotion? Yes, let's.
Hammer of Purphoros has some devotion to it as well, and gives my creatures that don't have it haste, but mostly what it does is gives me something to do with my lands late in the game when I'm out of cards to play. If I absolutely need to, anyway.

are my "this deck is supposed to be hyper-budget" choices. Cheap, maybe not as effective as some of their more expensive replacements, but they'll get the job done.
Fanatic of Mogis
is, as I'm sure you know, what the deck wants to finish with. The idea of turning a stalemate into a win in my favor with burn on a body is too good to pass up.
Mountain because...are you really questioning my land choice in a mono-color hyper-budget deck? For real?
Keep it mono-red, keep it budget, but otherwise, suggestions desired. (Also some suggestions for what to do with the sideboard; what sort of thing DOES RDW side? Doesn't it always sort of have the same goal of nuking the opponent into oblivion? How much can you really change in the deck without that remaining the main goal?)
