STOP! Listen, this is a combo deck, meaning that it heavily relays on one combo to win the game and there is a good chance you will lose a lot with this deck, its only meant to have fun with, if you can pull this off consistently then great, I probably just made the best combo deck on the planet, however that is very unlikely. So enjoy at FNM, but do not expect to see this at any pro tour. However I did make this rotation proof by making everything from Keladesh so you will be able to play with this for years to come in standard.
You maybe wondering why I added the 2.0 at the end. Well I made a awesome Thopter deck back in Origins called They Might Be Thopters. If you are wondering about the name, well it comes from a band called They Might Be Giants, yes it is a pun. Plus when I played with that deck plus this one, the song Older by them came on making me laugh by the fact that they probably feel this way after making so many Thopters a Turn. Check them out
Ok, Enough of this, its time to explain how this deck works. :D
Where the idea of this deck came from.
Inspired by the ending of this video, the goal is to combo out Thopter Tokens and swing with either infinite Thopter Token or an Infinite/Infinite Thopter token with the help of Fabrication Module.
How to do it? Well its simple, all you need to combo is have on the battlefield is; One Panharmonicon, Two/Three (If you can't put a Panharmonicon, then a third Decoction Module will do just nicely, you won't get Infinite Energy, but you will get Infinite Thopters.) Decoction Module, and One Whirler Virtuoso. To start the infinite combo, all you need to do is pay three energy to Whirler Virtuoso ability giving you a 1/1 Thopter Artifact Creature Token with Flying, that will cause both of your Decoction Module to trigger which would normally give you two energy, however then Panharmonicon ability triggers, giving you four energy, then you pay three of that energy for Whirler Virtuoso ability again, giving you another Thopter, which will trigger both of your Decoction Module again which will trigger Panharmonicon giving you four energy again leaving you with five energy, then pay for Whirler Virtuoso ability again, which will cause both of your Decoction Module and your Panharmonicon to trigger again giving you six energy. See a pattern? You can keep doing this for not only infinite Thopters, but also infinite energy.
I also threw in the sideboard a few copies of Reckless Fireweaver for the mirror and a copy of Chandra, Torch of Defiance if all else fails. Hope you like the deck, feedback does help me out a lot and helping me improve this deck does help me a lot. May you go forward and I hope you draw well fellow planeswalker. :)
