Who is FatGuyGaming?

FatGuyGaming is a small family owned business operating out of Southern California's Inland Empire. Our mission is to provide support to Local Game Stores ("LGS") and their respective player bases.

To support LGSs, we provide consultation and software services designed to optimize the player experience and to promote a healthy play environment and strong player community.

Supporting the players comes naturally, because we are the players! We play, we trade, we brew as part of our own player communities!

Through this natural interaction (and formal feedback gathering and interaction), we gather valuable information that we use to ensure that the LGS is supporting the players, and the players are supporting the LGS.

What is the Commander Trilogy?

Great question!

We periodically release a Commander deck list and brief primer featuring a commander selected by players at our LGSs. With the Commander Trilogy series, we focus on the diversity the selected Commander brings to the table. The first build will be our primary build, often our take on the best strategy supported by the commander. Each subsequent build will feature a different theme, and most likely different power level. Here's what we did with Kenrith, the Returned King!

1. Our primary build is Bend Thy Knee, a competitive politics/targeted hugs deck.

2. Heroes get Remembered; but Legends Never Die is the second deck in the series with a focus on Legendaries and Activated Abilities.

3. The final deck in the series was Take a Walk with King Kenny, a superfriends deck that really uses Kenny for support and access to UBER.
