A deck stemming from the notion of whether a deck could be built from Hijack/Act of Treason type cards. Spoiler alert: it can.

This deck is a janky, high cost, thievery tribal deck that steals your opponents cards, cheats them into play and uses lots of unusual & fun cards to do so. Nearly every creature steals permanents or spells in some way and Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge is a perfect commander that uses commander tax to her advantage. High win rate. Some mana curve issues.
